Ok, so I must confess, I’m a chickpea addict! I love them cooked in anyway 😍

What you’ll need

1 can (BPA free) of chickpeas
1-2 tablespoons of tamari
2 teaspoons of smoked paprika
1 teaspoon of garlic powder
1 teaspoon of ground cumin
1/2 teaspoon of chilli powder
Dash of salt and pepper

Mix the tamari + spices together and coat the chickpeas in this mixture. Spread out on a tray and bake for 15 minutes on 180C, stirring around a couple times for even cooking.

I love to eat these just by themselves but they are also amazing at topping salads and even soups! 😋
